1. You are now officially enrolled as a student of FTRC. You agree to be included in the roster of FTRC topnotchers and passers, hereby allowing FTRC to use your name in any information, promotional, and other forms of communications and marketing means.

2. You agree to abide by the policy of FTRC as regards the use of this website which includes but not limited to the following:

a. One device, one account policy;
b. The account could ONLY be used upon first logging in of account and shall be terminated a week before the board examination unless otherwise changes exist as per FTRC management. FTRC has the right to discontinue the use of your account in case of violations of the aforementioned rules.

4 FTRC has the right to file legal actions in case of UNAUTHORIZED SHARING and/or USE of the content of the FTRC online review material be it through social media, print, or in any forms.

5. Your payment to FTRC is non-transferable and non-refundable.
